What is Coffee 101?

Based on the coffee cupping format that coffee professionals use to evaluate beans. Coffee 101 is a one hour interactive experience. Enjoy smelling, slurping, and tasting 4 amazing and distinctively different coffees from around the world. Learn the subtleties of how farming, processing, and roasting determine the flavors in your cup or just get the answers to the questions you have always wondered about coffee. 

At the end of Coffee 101 you will be able to impress your friends with a better knowledge of coffee and its journey to your cup. Looking forward to seeing you at Coffee 101!

$25 Attendance Credit

At this event, you will also receive an optional $25 attendance credit that may be applied to starting a coffee subscription on PressCoffee.com.

Arrival Time & Parking

If possible, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your Coffee 101. This will allow you time to park your vehicle and be seated.

Where Does Coffee 101 Take Place?

Coffee 101 is an interactive and conversational group experience that occurs at our Gilbert Reserve location on select Saturdays.

Guests are seated at a community table for approximately 1 hour. The table will have a variety of items placed on it for the duration of the event including glass cups, metal spoons, placemats, ground coffee, whole bean coffee, kettles dispensing hot water, pens and paper.
