Donna Malone Value Based Care Donna Malone has been a pivotal figure in the value-based care field, with a career spanning over two decades. She has held significant roles such as Director of Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Quality Improvement at Mount Sinai Health Systems and Director of Enterprise Risk Adjustment Coding and Provider Education at Tufts Health Plan. Malone's expertise extends to developing risk adjustment provider education and support materials, simulating RADV audits, and assisting with talent management efforts to hire, train, and coach certified coders and provider educators. Her leadership and contributions have been recognized with her inclusion in the inaugural class of fellows for The RISE Bedrock of Health Care, where she collaborates with fellow experts to shape training series that are fundamental to success in the Medicare Advantage and Medicaid industry.
