CODING for GAME DESIGN!

Tech Time Academy is a technology learning center offering a variety of technology classes for kids. Our goal is to educate our youth about technology and prepare them to become creators and innovators of technology in our society. Our mission is to be involved in community affairs whole inspiring academic excellence through technology education in order to provide a better community for our children and their future.

Tech Time Academy

Mondays @ 5pm ~ grades 3-8 ~ $20/session for the remaining sessions!
Turn your kids passion for playing games into creating games. The Game Design session will focus on building programming concepts and skills using SCRATCH, a visual programming platform with drag and drop features. Kids will understand the objectives for all programming which includes creating variables, using if-then and if-else statements, terminology, and other commands. The final project will consist of a unique game design that includes multiple characters and scenes. Students will be excited to share and play their very own game with friends.
*Kids may bring their own laptops.
*Parents are welcome to stay.
