Codher is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate, inspire, and engage women in technology.We want to diminish the perceived barriers facing the IT industry and make it accessible for those who are interested in learning, building and networking.Through workshops and community support, we aim to equip women with skills, insight and hands-on experience so they can test their skills and build confidence in pursing a career in web development.

<H2>Get inspired, share your knowledge, skyrocket your coding skills</H2>
Would you like to improve your coding skills and get to know other creative female programmers? Join Codher Pop-up Programming - a free of charge informal meetup where beginners as well as more experienced developers get together, share their knowledge, and support each other in learning more about coding.
The event is a perfect place to show your projects, meet coding enthusiasts interested in testing them, learn about other people’s work, and start developing something new together with the other attendees. It is totally fine if you have zero experience with programming. We collected a great list of tutorials that help you learn the basics.
From time to time, we also invite one of the many inspiring women working in tech to talk about her professional career journey, her experience, projects, and the hottest tech trends. And since we know that networking and knowledge sharing can be exhausting, we offer free refreshments - like coffee, tea, and little snacks - during the meetup. Remember to bring your laptop and make sure you reserve your ticket prior to the event. We hope to see you there.
This time we have invited IT security consultant, Klara Hanusova, to talk about switching from humanitarian studies to tech and she'll share her current work.
<H3>About Klara Hanusova </H3>
Klara moved to Denmark three years ago from the Czech Republic. Her study path took her from philosophy and political science to digital innovation.
Despite her non-technical background she decided to challenge herself and go for a graduate program at the international IT service provider NNIT. She was admitted to the IT security program as one of two graduates. During the first 12 months in the program, she got the chance to learn about diverse aspects of security from infrastructure and web applications to incident response. 
As she says: "There is still a long way ahead, but I am ready to tackle my place in IT! :)"
