Artificial Intelligence apps are the next generation of apps. Language Understanding Intelligent Service or LUIS can help you create intelligent apps that understand natural language, learn and improve. Together we are are going to build a Language Understanding Model and see how to integrate it with Moti the bot!

Prerequisites Bring your laptop with Visual Studio Community 2017 installed, and have the credentials to a Microsoft Account email ready (hotmail, outlook etc). Programming experience with C# will be helpful but not mandatory to watch and follow this workshop All code and presentation material will be available to all attendees after the workshop
Speaker: Georgia Kalyva, Development Department Manager, B.Sc., MCP, MSP
Mini Bio: Georgia Kalyva has graduated from the Department of Informatics of the University of Piraeus, is a Microsoft Certified Professional with years of experience in software engineering and is currently working for CANDI as Head of Development. She has distinguished herself and has represented our country in global competitions in Technology and Entrepreneurship (1st place in the 2012 Athens Startup Weekend competition, 1st place in Microsoft Imagine Cup 2013, where she represented our country in the world finals in Russia, 1st place in Business Apps OpenHack 2018 and more). She is a member of the Microsoft Student Partners team and has taken over the role of mentor in several Microsoft competitions and trainings.
