I am making my dreams come true and I want to share with you how to set up a worthy goal for yourself and raise the bar in your life. I remember when I was little and was a part of a sport team, we were always trying to raise the bar and beat our best. I could beat my best for some time, until one moment when I thought, wow, that's not as easy anymore, it feels like I couldn't get through my last best and felt stuck. All of the sudden, it got more difficult and I had to rethink my approach, I had to put more time and little bit more effort into it... And that's where the growth is.You see, in life you have to raise the bar. You have to set challenging goals in life. The purpose of the goal is not to get something, the purpose of the goal is to GROW. Les Brown says: "If you do what it is easy, your life will be hard, and if you do what is hard, your life will be easy." So, if you set challenging goals, your life will be easy.
