The National Association for African Americans in Human Resources – Chicago Chapter (NAAAHR Chicago) has a mission to provide unique career development and networking experiences for Black and African American human resources practitioners. <p>Do you find that you choose to act differently – or speak differently – at work than you do in other settings? This can be a tool to “fit in”, but for all of us – and especially members of marginalized groups – it can come at the expense of our own identity and authenticity.

Join  our panel as they explore the concepts of masking and code-switching, and to learn practical tools to build a more authentic workplace community which accepts people for who they truly are.</p>
