In this fun and hands-on class, Join Chef Jen in her Chicago kitchen, as she guides you step-by-step in recreating this classic stir fry dish known for its beautifully tender beef and sweet and sour sauciness. You will learn basic knife skills, how to properly handle the meat and how to create a flavorful and healthy vegetable stir fry. Once you have created your masterpiece, you will then plate, garnish and devour your creations with your fellow foodies joining you for this delicious virtual cooking party!
No experience is required! Invite your friends and family to join you for class, so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun experience cooking together. You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list to know what type of beef cut to purchase and make your marinade & stir fry sauce. The main ingredients required to cook along with the chef include: tender cut of beef, bell pepper, yellow onion, garlic cloves, scallions, oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, cornstarch, brown sugar, honey, and black pepper. You will have an opportunity to interact with Chef Jen and ask her questions throughout the session.
