The epic culinary tour starts in Dallas in early-February and culminates with the finale, Grand Cochon September 15th in Chicago, marking our first decade. Cochon555 aims to create moments of inspiration, and to engender discussion and action - to buy, to cook, shop and donate in the name of a safe, honest, and delicious. Bottom line, we are educating the nation one bite at a time and creating a safer food future to be shared with our children.

COCHON555 CULINARY TOUR

World-Class Cuilnary Event Comes to Seattle!
 At the heart of all Cochon555 events lies a culinary competition to promote family farming. Five chefs are each given one whole, heritage breed pig and one week to prepare the entire 200 pound animal. The winner is decided between a People's Vote and 24 Celebrity Judges, who then crown the winner, Seattles’ “Prince or Princess of Pork.” The winning chef advances to the year-end finale competition called Grand Cochon, to be held this year on October 1st in Chicago. Running in tandem to the culinary competition is the Somm Smackdown (rare and amazing wines paired with all dishes) and Punch Kings featuring five of the cities top barkeeps battling in whole-bottle competition. Included in your all-inclusive ticket is a special additon of sponsored bites and delights, here's a small sample below:
