Coaster Show 2021 Preview

Gallery 30 South was founded by respected gallerist and curator Matt Kennedy in 2017 as an essential atelier, exhibition and event space at the forefront of Pasadena's new culture movement. The gallery is located within an historic Lloyd Wright construction in the heart of the Green Street Village Landmark District at 30 S. Wilson Ave., just south of Colorado Blvd. and up the street from Cal Tech.

This Coaster Show Preview is ticketed to best safely plan maximum occupancy in accord with current social distancing guidelines.

Welcome to the Preview of 9th Annual Coaster Show! In order to best accommodate the maximum number of artists and guests, while safely observing the suggested social distancing protocols, we are limiting the maximum number of attendees to 12 guests per ticketed 25-minute time slot, but have extended our gallery hours and days of operation from 12-9pm Wednesday September 1st - Saturday, September 4th, and on Sunday, September 4th from 12-6PM. Each ticket admits one person, and there is a maximum of two tickets per reservation. Thereafter the Gallery will be open M-F, 12-6PM and there will be no need to RSVP through the end of the exhibition on Friday, September 24th.Attendees will need to have their EventBrite ticket either printed or easily accessible and on their phone. We are expecting to be very busy and will not have the time to go looking for your reservation for you, so be sure to have that ready before approaching the front door to enter, and please observe six feet of distance between couples or individuals while waiting in line as well as in the gallery. We suggest that you wait in your car until five minutes before your ticketed time slot. If using a ride share service, please try to schedule your arrival as close as possible to your ticketed time slot, or feel free to roam our beautiful neighborhood (The Green Street Landmark District) until a few minutes ahead of your ticketed time slot. Due to current public health regulations, we will not be serving food or refreshments and we can not provide a public restroom, so please plan accordingly. Masks bust be worn at all times inside the gallery, and they must cover both mouth and nose at all times.As the clock strikes midnight from August 31st to September 1st, the 9th Annual Coaster Show will be open to online sales to the general public and individual coasters can be purchased online via our secure shopping cart here: <a href="https://gallery30south.com/coaster-show-2021/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://gallery30south.com/coaster-show-2021/</a>As in year's past, we will allow purchase of full sets of any artist's coasters starting on August 25th before opening-up sales to individual coaster purchases on September 1st, so if you or someone you know is/are interested in a full set of a particular artist's coasters (or full sets of multiple artists' coasters), shoot an email with your/their name, email and/or phone number to: info@gallery30south.com This is the most exclusive Coaster Show yet!Gallery 30 South is located at 30 S. Wilson Ave. (just south of Colorado Blvd.) in Pasadena, CA 91106. There is generally street parking on Wilson and Green St. and short term parking in the lot at the corner of Wilson and Colorado, as well as just north of Matsuri on Wilson. After the Preview Weekend, regular gallery hours are M-F 12-6PM or by appointment. We are not requiring Eventbrite ticketing for the rest of the Coaster Show exhibition (which ends on September 24th), but those planning to visit after the opening weekend are encouraged to call or email with their planned visit date and time to give priority over unreserved visitors in the event that we reach safely social distanced capacity.
