Stephanie is a Scrum.org certified Professional Scrum Trainer, a Co-Active Coach, and a Scrum Master.  She is the Professional Scrum Master Curriculum Steward for Scrum.org and runs Agile Socks LLC, a training and coaching business.Stephanie has over a decade of experience delivering IT solutions, and creating and delivering training. In the past several years, Stephanie has focused on a career grounded by Agile values and principles, developing her coaching practice, creating a minimalist lifestyle, and experiencing the world. She is passionate about helping people discover paths to fulfilling lives and inspiring people to build amazing things together.

This workshop is an opportunity to continuously improve your coaching skills through experiential exercises, both learning new skills and refreshing your knowledge. Participants will coach each other on real-world situations, receiving and giving real-time feedback throughout the workshop. Through this experience, you will gain knowledge and skills that you can apply immediately to amplify your impact as a leader.

<H3>Audience</H3>
The Coaching Skills Workshop is for anyone who is a member of or who supports an agile team.  This is an advanced level workshop focusing on coaching skills and assumes participants are experienced agile practitioners.
This is a high-touch, experiential workshop.  Attendance is limited to 15 people, so reserve your spot now.
Bonus Offer:  The first three people who sign up will get a coaching bonus package.  This includes three 45-minute coaching sessions with Stephanie to help you continue your journey after the workshop (a $450 value).  More details will be provided via email when you qualify.

Coaching Individuals - To coach people, we must understand people. Explore skills related to emotional intelligence using the Five Factor Model. Practice using elements of the agile coaching framework and essential coaching skills, including powerful questions, perspective, emotion, and many more.
Coaching Teams - A team is more than simply a collection of individuals. A team becomes a new entity, a living and breathing and constantly changing being. Discover characteristics of high performing teams. Practice applying the agile coaching framework and essential coaching skills to the team context. Experience using a set of team coaching tools.
Coaching in the Context of Organizational Culture - Explore culture models and assess your organization. Practice applying the agile coaching framework and coaching skills in the organizational context.
Conclusions and Next Steps - Taking care of yourself as a coach. Practical steps for taking your learning beyond the classroom.

Cancel more than 30 days before the workshop for a full refund.
Substitute another attendee anytime.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the workshop, we may be able to apply some or all of your registration fee to attend a workshop scheduled in another location.

Yes. Just send an email in advance and provide the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.
