Amplifying Your Coaching Impact through Arts-Based Experiential Learning, presented by Fred Mandell, Ph.D., Ed.M.

Roll up your sleeves!

As one participant put it: “Fred’s presentation literally turned my perspective upside down! He shared meaningful ways for art to enhance coaching and team building.”

This program will immerse participants in an arts-based experiential learning activity AND introduce them to the concepts and research that support arts-based experiential learning as a coaching methodology.

Through an interactive combination of experiential learning and debriefing; presentation, peer learning and discussion, and Q & A, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding and begin to explore ways to apply these insights to their existing coaching practice.

We will examine an actual leadership development case to demonstrate the what, the how and the outcomes of selective coaching relationships. Participants will also learn about a breakthrough assessment instrument that directly and objectively measures the impact of Arts-Based Experiential Learning on the four foundational skills of innovation: Readiness to Learn, Cognitive Agility, Collaboration and Activating Innovation.

Learning Objectives:

  • An understanding of the theory and science behind Arts-Based Experiential Learning.
  • Practical examples of arts-based experiential exercises immediately implementable by participants.
  • Enhanced ability to observe problems and challenges from different perspectives.
  • Introduction to a breakthrough method for measuring the impact of coaching on critical client skills.
