A 6 week training program consisting of aerobic training, running drills, and general strength training! Want to build a strong summer base for Cross Country? Come join us for a challenging 6 weeks of running that will focus on getting YOU ready for a solid XC Season. In the last several years this camp has produced Team District Champions, multiple Regional and State Qualifiers, UIL and TAPPS All State Performers, and 4 Individual State Champions and the 2021 & 2022 Boys 6A TAPPS Cross Country Team Champion.
June 10th - July 18th, we meet each week on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 7:00 am until 9:00 am. We will focus on building a solid areobic base to help prepare for the upcoming Cross Country Season.
