Co-Design Event Session 2

These events are aimed to update and grow awareness of the positive changes and developments being made in response to local challenges and national reforms. We’re proud of our strong foundation of safe, high-quality practice and we’re building on it to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families across our city.

Purpose of These Events

These sessions are designed to:

1. Update the professional network on the context, progress to date, and future plans for the Family First Partnership as part of the Social Care Reforms.
2. Share developments on The Support Hub—a key local initiative emerging from the Social Care Reforms.
3. Consult and co‑design the new Family Support Plan with partners.
4. Gather feedback on the proposed functions of The Support Hub.

We warmly welcome participation from Early Years settings, Schools, Colleges, Health partners, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, and Portsmouth City Council services for children and families.

Please book one date for Session 1, and if possible, join us again by booking one date for Session 2.
