Day 1: CNC Mill Setup Theory & Introduction
Start with an overview of CNC milling, machine components, and basic G-code. Learn the essentials of CNC mill setup, including machine initialization, tooling configuration, and workholding options. Dive into CNC controls and software, gaining knowledge of coordinate systems and troubleshooting techniques. Wrap up with advanced topics like tool offsets and multi-tool job setups.

Day 2: Hands-On CNC Mill Setup
Apply your knowledge with practical exercises. Set up CNC machines, install tooling, and configure workpieces under expert guidance. Work on real-world tasks like setting offsets, loading programs, and performing multi-tool setups. Collaborate on a group project and finish the day by running test cuts and troubleshooting in a live machine environment.
