Her marketing career spans 27 years and includes senior communication roles in financial services, healthcare, tourism and nonprofit management.In 2017, Noelle launched her brand consultancy, Noelle LeVeaux Concepts. She helped clients reengineer their existing brands and build new ones to achieve determined goals. In addition, she led Uptown Dallas Inc, a public improvement district within the city of Dallas.Before starting her consultancy, Noelle served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of VisitDallas. Noelle was responsible for Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising which, in her first year, included the development and management of a new brand strategy for the bureau. Noelle launched the BIG Campaign, rebranding the city, inspiring public engagement and elevating the travel brand. The campaign won several awards including the DFW American Marketing Associations Marketer of the Year in Branding and a regional Addy for Integrated Campaigns. As one of her final projects, Noelle led the DCVB’s website redesign. It was named one of the top 25 travel websites in the world by skift.com. In 2013, Noelle was honored by Skift.com as one of the 50 top travel marketers in the world, in 2014 she was named one of the top minority business leaders in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal and a finalist for CMO of the Year by the DFW American Marketing Association. In 2016, 2017 and 2020, and 2021 she was named to D CEO’s Dallas 500 most powerful business leaders in DFW.Prior to joining the Bureau, Noelle served as senior director and interim vice president of Marketing and Public Relations for Children’s Medical Center in Dallas where she was responsible for internal communications, brand and clinical marketing, advertising, media relations, events, and digital platforms. One of her last projects at Children’s was co-producing a 13-part television documentary for the hospital which aired on the local ABC affiliate, WFAA Channel 8. Her experience includes an additional 13 years in brand marketing and communications beginning as a corporate management trainee at MBNA, a financial services company.In 2006, Noelle co-founded Dress for Success Dallas, an affiliate of an international organization whose mission is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women. Currently, Noelle serves as the nominating committee chair on the board of Community Partners of Dallas, recently joined the board of CityYear, chairs the marketing committee for Uptown Dallas Inc and is a member of the Junior League of Dallas Community Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Dallas Assembly and an alum of Leadership Dallas Class of 2011.Noelle received her Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. This spring, she will complete her Master of Science in digital communication analytics from University of North Texas. She authored a children’s book, has a TEDTalk called Asleep at the Wheel and is the mother of two teenage daughters.David S. Frederick, Executive Vice President / Chief Strategy and Brand Officer, YMCA San Diego County David Frederick is joining the YMCA of San Diego County as the new Executive Vice President/Chief Strategy and Brand Officer. His role will lead four key areas including:<ul><li>Executing the new 4-year Strategic Plan and initiatives</li><li>Innovation &amp; Technology</li><li>Marketing &amp; Brand</li><li>Research &amp; Business Intelligence</li></ul>David previously served as the Chief Marketing &amp; Communications Officer for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas for 4 ½ years.He is the Chair of the national YMCA CMO Network that provides guidance and resources to marketing leaders across the national Y Movement. David also serves on the Board for Open Y, a national organization providing digital tools and resources to all YMCAs, and champions YMCA Day of Giving, a one-day giving event that supports local Ys across the country.Prior to joining the Y Movement, David served as SVP/Chief Communications &amp; Marketing Officer at United Way of Tarrant County in Fort Worth, Texas. He also has a wide variety of for-profit experience, having worked for multiple Fortune 100 companies including AT&amp;T, Time Warner, and GE providing marketing communications, digital marketing, and strategy.David earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.Megan Baker, Head of Customer Experience and Marketing, Wells Fargo AutoMegan Baker brings senior-level experience building strategic marketing, customer experience, and products in Fortune 100 companies. She is currently the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing for Wells Fargo Auto. In this role, Megan oversees development and management of capabilities that help us understand and improve the Auto Customer Experience, including customer research &amp; analysis, Net Promoter Score, Complaints, Communications, and Marketing.Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Megan was the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing at Capital One Auto Finance. In her 5 years at Capital One, she led both the Dealer and Consumer Auto Brand organizations. Her teams elevated the Diamond Dealer brand and created the flagship Auto Navigator® brand and marketing experience. She also transitioned the Brand team to work in Agile methodology combined with Design Thinking, which led to continuous focus on high-value projects, ability to test and learn to improve effectiveness, faster speed-to-market, and process efficiencies.Prior to joining Capital One, Megan spent 7 years at AT&amp;T, where she managed global brand governance, marketing strategy, product strategy and sales. Megan’s early career experience includes product, promotional, and service marketing for BellSouth, Summit Marketing, and Ford Motor Company.
