<h3>CMMI Version 2.0 Foundations of Capability, Building Development Excellence, and Building Services Excellence</h3>Cepeda Systems &amp; Software Analysis, Inc. (CSSA), a CMMI Institute Partner and a CMMI-DEV Level 3 and CMMI-SVC Level 3-rated company, is offering three Virtual Instructor-Led public courses in Huntsville, AL, June 28-29, 2021 from 8:00am-4:30pm CST for the CMMI Institute’s CMMI Version 2.0 Model: Foundations of Capability, June 30, 2021 from 8:00am-12:00pm for Building Services Excellence and June 30, 2021 from 1:00pm-5:00pm for Building Development Excellence. CSSA has been the local premier provider for CMMI training since 2002. We have trained hundreds of students and assisted organizations in successfully interpreting and implementing the model and achieve their business goals and objectives.These courses introduce participants to the CMMI V2.0 model. CMMI V2.0 is a globally recognized set of best practices that enable organizations to improve performance, key capabilities, and critical business processes. CMMI V2.0 delivers the best solution to benchmark and elevate organizational performance with demonstrated results. It helps organizations to quickly identify the key capabilities that directly impact business results, return on investment (ROI), quality, and performance while reducing cost and time to market.Specific topics that will be covered include CMMI V2.0 Product Suite goals, model structure, model content, model views and context-specific content, performance and capability, maturity and capability levels, and appraisal method overviews. Exercises and a learner-centered environment make these highly interactive classes for students!Foundations of Capability (June 28-29, 2021) – If you would like to gain an understanding of the model and the business value that it provides, this course is for you. This course teaches you the fundamentals of implementing CMMI v2.0 in your organization and gives you a basic understanding of the core content of the new CMMI v2.0. It is expected that you will follow this course with one or more supplemental classes – Building Development Excellence and/or Building Services Excellence.The registration fee of $1,350 includes:•	Certificate of completion•	Exam credit to take the certified associate exam•	Certification as a CMMI associate upon passing the exam•	Access to the CMMI Online Model Viewer•	Access to download a PDF of the CMMI V2.0 Model (Version 2.1)•	Access to training materials, which may be downloaded and stored for individual future useOnce enrolled in the course, a meeting invitation will be sent to each participant with instructions on joining the meeting. Students are required to have a computer or mobile device with an internet connection capable of running an Adobe Connect meeting complete with video and audio capability. A license for Adobe Connect is not required as CSSA will send an invitation to all participants to join the training. Students must attend every day of class in order to complete the class as required from the CMMI Institute.Building Services Excellence (June 30, 2021 - half day) – If you would like to learn how to build capability in delivering and managing services, this course is for you. Together with the Foundations of Capability course, you will be provided with an overview of the concepts contained in CMMI v2.0 for Services view and the new Appraisal Method. Intended for anyone interested in improving business performance, this course provides an overview of the services practices of the model. The Foundations of Capability plus the Building Service Excellence classes are required to participate as an appraisal team member in a CMMI v2.0 Services appraisal. These classes are also recommended for those playing a key role in an organization planning to adopt CMMI 2.0 and serve as a prerequisite for any advanced CMMI training course. Enrollment for these courses is limited. CSSA reserves the right to cancel this class in advance.
