This camp is specfically geared for beginner athletes to help them develop fundamental movement with instruction in proper movement patterns and play based movement activities. It is a ground based plyometric and speed course for athletes looking to improve foot speed, deceleration techniques and change of direction. Fine tuning motor patterns to improve athleticism

CMH Plyo camps are designed specifically for athletes to enhance foot speed, agility, power, exploseion and appropriate motor control to improve technique. It's programmed using the National Academy of Sports Medicine OPT Training Model, which ensures the use of spots performance assessments with cutting edge exercise techniques to deliver maximum results.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear/bring?

Students should wear comfortable gym clothes and appropriate gym shoes. Street shoes are not allowed. Each student should also bring water.

What should I expect?

Each session includes dynamic warm-up, corrective exercises to maximize movement potential, speed and agility drills and plyometric exercises. Participants an expect a vigorous workout that will prevent injury, improve performance and put them in top physical condition.

Who are the instructors?

Participants will receive professional instruction by Certified Athletic Trainers Scott and Kristi Rawlings, who are NASM Corrective and Performance Enhancement Specialists and Certified Athletic Trainer Ryan Kubiak.

What about the Fourth of July?

There will be NO camp the week of July 4th.
