Clue, An Interactive Experience

The Whaley Historic House Museum highlights life in Flint, Michigan during the 1880s and 1890s. The former home of Robert and Mary Whaley is open for tours and offers special programs throughout the year. The first and second floors are displayed as they would have been while the Whaleys resided there.The Whaley House hopes to inspire a sense of historical curiosity and apreciation while building community ties through the preservation of the Whaley home and its collections.

What to expect? Your tickets include hors d'oeuvres, cash bar (members receive two complimentary drinks, to become a member donate on our website https://www.whaleyhouse.com/membership.html#/) , the Clue experience, and a grand evening inside a National Historic Landmark. "It is September 1920 and the mysterious Mr. Body has rented out the Whaley House while the family has gone to Florida for the winter. You have been invited to a private party along with a colorful cast of characters...Captain Navy, Professor Plum, Miss Scarlett, Miss White, Mrs. Peacock, and Mr. Green. But behind the glitz and glam there lies intrigue! By the evening's end it will fall on you to answer the questions players of this beloved board game have tried to solve since 1947; Who did it? Where? With what? Join us as the WHHM becomes a live Clue Board, and explore this treasured Flint icon while wining and dining with the notorious game characters. Can you find the clues and solve the case?" Guests will be arranged in teams of 4, with prizes awarded to the team who can solve the case most accurately. Formal to semi-formal attire is encouraged.
