Hello Club Miller Members,

We are excited to share that tickets can now be purchased for our Annual Brewers Baseball Tailgate & Game! The event will be held on Friday, June 14, when the Brewers take on the Reds.

The pre-game tailgate includes tailgate food favorites, MCBC drinks, and covered event area/tent. Parking is not included. This event is open for club members to attend along with family and friends. All are encouraged to step up to the plate and have some fun cheering on our crew!

Ticket orders and payments are needed by Friday, May 3rd. There are 250 tickets available. Check and cash payment options are available, for cash drop-offs please contact Jenny to ensure she’s at her desk (66A-4th Floor, 442-9).

Retirees: Please note that annual club membership must be fully paid prior to signing up for this event.

Is the Club Miller Brewers event fun?

Heck yeah! The Brewers tailgate is a core club event and favorite. We are so glad to continue to be able to bring you this event on an annual basis!

Do I need to be a Club Miller member to sign-up for this event?

Yes, you must be a paying club member to sign up for this event. MolsonCoors employees can join Club Miller here: https://molsoncoors.sharepoint.com/sites/AboutUs/SitePages/ClubMillerCoors.aspx

Are tables and chairs provided at the tailgate?

Yes, there are tables and chairs provided at the tailgate. If you would like to bring your own camping chair or table, there is an uncovered area outside of the tent that can be used.

Will the event be held rain or shine?

Yes! We rent a large tent for the tailgate. This is also helpful if guests need shade from the sun. Sunscreen is not provided.

Can I purchase additional drinks or tickets once my tickets are used?

No, there is no cash bar once your tickets are used. Soda and water are provided free of charge and do not require drink tickets. Please remember to tip your bartenders.

Can I bring tailgate games to the event?

Yes, please feel free to bring your tailgate games to the event. There is room in uncovered area of the tailgate. We can not store any items brought with to the tailgate, the tent is taken down during the game. Anything you bring to the tailgate is your responsibility.

Are bathrooms provided at the tailgate?

No, however there are publicly available restrooms and porta johns.

Are there vegetarian meat options provided at the tailgate?

Our caterer offers Beyond Burgers for an additional cost of $6 per burger. This is in addition to the price per person. If you would like to add a veggie burger for $6 per burger, please reach out to Jenny Olson. These may be grilled on the same grill as other meat and food items.

When will I be able to pick-up my tickets?

You will receive an email when tickets are ready for pick-up. This will be late May/early June. If you are a retiree, you are able to have your tickets mailed to your home address. You will see a prompt to enter your address after registering. Internal employees must pick-up their tickets.

How will I find the tent at the tailgate?

We do not receive the location of the tent until the day of the event. We will be located at the front of the Uecker or Yount parking lot. You will see our Club Miller banner tied to the tent.

Are there any ticket limits?

Only Club Miller members can purchase tickets. Club Miller member and first adult guest receive a $15 discount, add'l adult guest tickets are at a higher rate. Club Miller subsidizes 50% of the cost of the event. Tickets are limited to (1) Member, (1) 1st Guest, (2) Add'l Adults, (4) Children.

Do children under age 2 require a ticket?

Tickets are not needed for youth under the age of 2 that will be seated on your lap. Baby food/beverages are not provided at the tailgate, please bring anything you may need with to the tailgate.

Can I attend the tailgate if I am not registered for the event but have game tickets?

No, the tailgate is for Club Miller paying members only. We do not have enough food or beverages to be able to provide for non-registered guests. For event attendees, if you have friends or family attending the game that are not part of the event, meet them in the stadium after the tailgate.

Do I have to go into the game, or can I stay and tailgate all night?

You must go into the game; the tailgate ends promptly at 7:00PM. This ensures our caterer can clean-up and breakdown the tent as required by the Brewers.

Is handicap seating or accommodations for mobility concerns available?

Yes, please contact Jenny.Olson@molsoncoors.com as soon as possible! If handicap seating is needed, we need to coordinate with the Brewers as soon as possible to reserve seats. If you have another mobility issue, please contact Jenny to see if accommodations can be made. Seats are Loge Outfield.
