AI Beyond the Enterprise

Gilles Georges, President, ClarityPoint Solutions

As AI enters industrial and operational environments, many initiatives stall—not because the technology fails, but because teams lack shared understanding of what “machine intelligence” is and how to apply it. In this session, Gilles Georges introduces a practical, frameworks-based approach to building clear mental models before investing, scaling, or automating. Drawing from real-world work with manufacturing and industrial organizations, he’ll break down an “Intelligence Stack” that shows how machine data becomes insight and action, clarify the differences between monitoring, diagnostics, prediction, and prescription, and highlight common failure patterns that derail pilots. Attendees will leave with a visual framework and shared language to align engineers, leaders, vendors, and partners for stronger outcomes.

The Boring Basics That Actually Work: Real AI Use Cases You Can Apply Tomorrow

Kendra Ramirez, CEO @ KR Digital Agency

This session is designed to help teams build AI fluency through practical application, not experimentation for its own sake. AI doesn’t need to be flashy, custom-built, or over-engineered to deliver real value. In this 30-minute session, Kendra shares what actually works after helping hundreds of businesses apply AI across sales, marketing, HR, operations, and leadership, using the same tools most teams already have access to from Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic. We’ll focus on what Kendra calls the boring basics: * Practical ways teams are using MS Copilot, ChatGPTs, and Claude skills * Real examples that save time, reduce mental load, and improve decision-making * Simple workflows that don’t require technical knowledge or custom builds No theory. No hype. No “someday” examples. Just real, proven use cases you can take back to your team and implement the very next day, even if you’re early in your AI journey. Perfect for leaders who want AI to be useful, not overwhelming.
