Cloud Maker tells the story of a mother and daughter navigating the socio-emotional and health-related realities of living in a fenceline community and working within the fossil fuel industry. Directed by Antonio Lasanta and ricardo enrique, this fictional short film, funded in parted by a Houston Arts Alliance grant, is an exploration of environmental pollution and its effects on communities of color whose neighborhoods are commonly on the frontlines of pollutant infrastructures.
