Haoyun Erin Zhao is a multidisciplinary artist based in San Francisco, CA. Paying particular attention to the interaction of light, color, and form, Zhao uses transparency and abstraction to emulate the ethereal and elusive nature of human consciousness. Zhao is the recipient of the Swatch Art Peace Hotel Residency in China, Golden Foundation for the Arts, and Kala Art Institute Artist in Residence. Her work is in private and public collections including Kaiser Permanente, Boston Children’s Hospital, LinkedIn, Meta, IBM, CIBC, amongst many others.
