6. Download Bot Application Template (http://aka.ms/bf-bc-vstemplate)
put in(%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Visual Studio 2017\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual C#\)
7.Download bot framework emulator (https://emulator.botframework.com/ (https://github.com/Microsoft/BotFramework-Emulator/releases/tag/v3.5.34))
