Closing Event: Celebrating Collaborative Civility

The culminating event of the project will be a celebration of a year of working cooperatively, deepening connections to one another, and engaging in truly effective and collaborative communication. As with the kick-off event, the closing event will also feature guest speakers and a variety of engaging and dynamic activities to highlight the progress made through the dialogues and the skills we have developed. This event, while offering a sense of closure to the project, will also be designed as a bridge to the next step, ensuring that this experience is not a one-and-done, but rather a jumping-off point to something new. It will be crucial for the success and future prosperity of our collective community to continue to harness the power this group generates, and this culminating event will seek to create a new pathway for all of San Diego County.
