<h2>Clitheroe Castle Jui Jitsu Practice</h2> Come and join us for an informal jiu-jitsu practice session in Clitheroe Castle Park.This is a free weekly or bi-weekly meet-up for people interested in training, drilling techniques, and learning together. It is not a formal class and there will not be an instructor present. The idea is to self-study, practise what we’ve learned from YouTube and other resources, and help each other improve in a friendly, relaxed environment.All experience levels are welcome, whether you’re completely new or already have some training behind you.Please note that we’ll be practising directly on the grass, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
