Cliff Goldmacher Workshop-Making Your Rough Recordings Anything But "Rough"
A rough recording can do so much more than just capture the melody and lyric of your latest song.  Caring about all facets of the songwriting and recording process, not only helps you present your songs in the best light but marks you as the kind of professional songwriter that people take seriously.  In this workshop, I'll discuss the what, why and how of rough recordings as well as some concrete practical approaches to making your rough recordings as polished as possible.

* The value of rough recordings
*  Why sound quality matters in your rough recordings
*  How to make "polished" rough recordings
*  Why ALL songwriters should care about audio
Shure will be on hand with giveaways from their MOTIV line of iOS and USB recording solutions as well as a free gift for all attendees.
Online registration opens at 3:00 PM September 19, 2018, at which time you can register on this page.  45 participants will be admitted online on a first-come, first-served basis, until all 45 seats are filled.
Check in begins after 1:30 PM the day of the event in the BMI Lobby.  All participants MUST check in by 1:50 PM at the latest, or your spot will be given away to those on the waiting list.  There is no exception; the workshop starts promptly at 2:00 PM and doors will be closed at that time.
