Workshop focused on de-escalation and interpersonal skills for disaster response volunteers.
In this workshop, we will explore the psychology of waiting, discuss crowd management techniques, and practice skills and techniques to defuse a situation before it escalates. Class will include scenario practice and tabletop discussions.
