Happy Cats Haven is a Feline-Friendly, Limited Admission, No-Kill Shelter in Colorado Springs, CO that guarantees safe haven for all cats we take in.We believe that cats are valuable, lovable and trainable, not disposable. Feline Friendly means we treat our cats as individuals--with respect, compassion and positive reinforcement--to make their stay as stress-free as possible until they are adopted. We practice Fear Free techniques and use clicker training to help build confidence and reduce stress in our felines.We give our cats and our adopters the gift of time, so everyone can relax and show their true personalities. Each adoption matches our deep understanding of our cats with their new families, handcrafted for a feline lifetime.

Have you ever wondered if you could ask your cat to do something...and he or she would actually do it?Join us for a fun introduction to Clicker Play! This is a great way to teach your cats what TO do instead of scolding them about what NOT to do. It’s great for enriching their lives and strengthening their bond with you too!This is what we use to help at Happy Cats to help our shelter cats get back to their true selves. If it works on scared, traumatized kitties, imagine what it can do for your own cat!In this 1.5 hour session, you’ll see demonstrations, get some background info, learn a few basic techniques and have a chance to try them out on our Happy Cats at the Biscuit Factory Cat Lounge.A portion of the proceeds goes to support our rescued kitties at Happy Cats Haven!
