<P>Click Away is an inspirational three day, on-location shooting, learning, and social conference for photographers. The event is designed both to nurture learning and growth, as well as to foster personal connections. Click Away provides an intimate, hands-on experience that emphasizes individual learning tracks, experiential education, and both indoor and outdoor natural light shooting with models, in and around beautiful Seattle.</P>

<H3>PHOTOGRAPHY TALKS</H3>
<P>You loved the inspirational talks from powerful speakers such as Elizabeth Gilbert, Joy Prouty and Sue Bryce at previous Click Away conferences and learned loads from the prepared programs and on-stage demonstrations given by many platform speakers. This year, the large group programs opposite the boutique experiences are consistently structured to present rich, practical tips, techniques, advice, and demonstrations to the audience, with 14 extraordinary speakers presenting incredible Photography Talks covering shooting, artistic development, processing, business, and more! <BR></P>
<H3>INTERACTIVE BOUTIQUE SHOOTING PROGRAMS AND DEMONSTRATIONS</H3>
<P>Our interactive boutique programs are an attendee favorite and a hallmark of Click Away. This year, boutique programs from more than 30 of your favorite photographers include model-heavy photography demos, shooting sessions with real families, and even valuable programs on business or processing. Boutique sessions will be held in and around the hotel itself and throughout some of the most vibrant parts of the city within walking distance of the Westin, including waterfront and Pike Place market locations. And new to 2016, we're offering even more options, with a Platinum ticket level permitting you to build up to 5 boutiques into your schedule for those who are seeking to maximize their small group experiences.</P>
<H3>COFFEE AND BREAKFASTS</H3>
<P>Start your day off with coffee and conversation each morning! We'll kick things off with coffee and drinks before our opening talk on Friday morning, plus social breakfasts hosted by Canon on Saturday and Sunday. And it's all included with our Gold Level tickets and higher! </P>
<H3>VOICE GALLERY NIGHT</H3>
<P>Join us for a fun evening with cocktails and a chance to socialize with other Click Away attendees, presenters and staff! Featuring awe-inspiring images from our 2016 VOICE Collection semifinalists and best in category winners, VOICE Gallery Night, hosted by Canon, will also feature a red carpet photo wall and prize giveaways from Click & Company and our Click Away sponsors. Attendees are welcome to dress in whatever attire they would prefer. The theme of VOICE 2016 will be “Sip & Sparkle” — attendees are encouraged to add some sparkle to their attire. From casual outfits to formalwear, anything goes! Add a little sparkle or a lot. It’s up to you! In addition to VOICE Gallery Night, we will further celebrate VOICE by putting the entire 2016 VOICE Collection on display throughout the Click Away space at the Seattle Westin. The purpose of VOICE is to recognize and celebrate images that encapsulate the spirit of this special collection – vision, originality, inspiration, creativity and overall excellence. The 2016 VOICE collection will feature 14 categories: Beautiful Light, Color, Composition & Design, Daily Life, Happiness, Human Face, Love & Connection, Mother Nature, Movement, Night & Low Light, Self Portrait, Still Life, Street, and Unexpected. </P>

<H3>Building Your Custom Schedule</H3>
<P>After you complete your Click Away registration your browser will be immediately redirected to the Click Away Sched.org Scheduling Tool. You will also receive an email from the Sched.org Scheduling Tool inviting you to join the scheduler to create your Click Away schedule. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can access the Click Away scheduling tool by either method. The Click Away registration portal will also email you an order confirmation and a copy of your Click Away ticket. Please bring this with you to pick up your badge at the Click Away registration desk at the Westin Seattle.<BR> <BR> The Click Away Sched.org Scheduling Tool provides you with the following helpful tools:<BR> <BR> – Agenda Builder to create a schedule, save to your phone and share.<BR> – Friend Finder to see your Facebook and Twitter friends.<BR> – Social Directory to network and meet people ahead of time.<BR> <BR> Once you are registered with the scheduling tool, you can build your own personal schedule. This is done by viewing the Click Away schedule and adding programs to your schedule by clicking in the circle next to a program to select it, as indicated by the circle changing from white to black with a white check mark within it. When you select a program and add it to your Sched.org personal schedule you have a confirmed reserved seat in that program. If you remove a program from your schedule, then you have released your confirmed reserved seat back into the system where it is available to another attendee to select. Sched.org has a number of short guides to help attendees use the scheduling tool including guides for personalizing your event schedule and editing your profile.<BR> <BR> Click Away offers multiple programs that you can choose from in each programming time slot and the scheduling tool prevents attendees from overbooking programs - adding more than one program running in the same time slot to a schedule. And, based on one's ticket type, limits have been placed on the overall number of specific types of programs that can be added to a single schedule. <H3>Cancellation Policy</H3>
<P>All Click Away registration sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, but you are free to transfer your Click Away registration to another individual. Click & Company will not have any involvement in registration transfers other than to change the name on the transferred registration only if so authorized by the original purchaser. Please note that while Click Away registrations can be transferred, schedules in the Sched.org Scheduling Tool cannot be transferred. Limitations of the registration process and the Sched.org Scheduling Tool prevents the transfer of one attendee's schedule to another attendee or to a new attendee purchasing one's registration. Those who purchase a Click Away registration from an existing attendee will be required to create their own schedule in the Sched.org Scheduling Tool at the time they receive a transferred registration. <H3>Schedule, Speaker & Event Changes</H3>
<P>Click & Company reserves the right to make Click Away policy, program/event and schedule changes, additions or cancellations for any reason. Advertised speakers and instructors are confirmed at this time but are subject to change.</P>
<H3>Photography and Video Recordings</H3>
<P>Audio recording or video recording during any conference program is not permitted without express written consent by Click & Company. Still photography is permitted unless explicitly prohibited by a presenter at the commencement of a formal program. By appearing at or attending Click Away, you agree that Click & Company and its authorized representatives may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or record video directly or indirectly of you at any time during the event. You authorize event management all rights necessary to record you during the event and to use any or all portion of  such photographs or video recordings at any time in the future for educational, informational, commercial or any other business and in any form and waive right or approval of the uses and any claim for compensation.</P>
