A monthly support group for stroke survivors and their families. This is a hybrid event (both in-person and online options available)
A monthly support group for stroke survivors, their families and care partners to share wins, challenges, and information. There are also opportunities to ask questions and learn about topics related to stroke. Light refreshments are provided.
We are hybrid meaning you can join in person or online from 3:30pm to 4:30pm the FIRST Tuesday of each month. A Teams meeting link will be sent to each attendee for their respective class option.
