Every day we are exposed to negative energy, from people, places, and circumstances, leading to tiredness, drain or sickness. You will learn what are psychic hooks and psychic attacks and how much they can affect our health in al levels.

This class is the opportunity to learn how to clear your energy in Theta-state, and experience physical, mental, and emotional shift. Receive tools on how to protect yourself as an empath (We all are sensitive by nature) and how to feel safe and secure everywhere you go.
You will leave knowing how to empower yourself in the light. How to build healthy boundaries and keep yourself away from negative energies.

You will be guided to a focus Thetahealing® meditation to harness the Power of The Creator of All That Is/ God or Universe, showering yourself in that Divine Light experiencing a gentle healing, expansion, mental clarity, more energy and vitality.

This class/event might take place in our covered outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly. Events will take place rain or shine!
