This in-person training is the first of our three-part Clear Thinking Trauma Series.

Part 1 : Awareness. This part focuses on learning what trauma really means, understanding how we all in some way experience stress and trauma, and learn a new method of how to access resilience, clear thinking, and healing.

Part 2: Strength. This part focuses on integrating the information from part 1 in your own life in effort to build sustainable change and healing.

Part 3: Empowerment. This part focuses on integrating the information from part 1 & 2, and teaching how to use the practical, easy to use tools to reach others in your community.

Each training generally focuses on the following framework:

Brain: Understanding the neurology of trauma

Body: Physical impact of trauma and tension

Behavior: Steps to clearer thinking which leads to action

Belief: Expanding view of self, others, and faith
