Do I need experience with breathwork, TRE, or KAP?

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable layers you can move and lie down in. Avoid tight waistbands or chest constriction. Bring socks — body temperature can shift during energy work. Comfort is everything.

What's included in the day?

Guided breathwork, TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Kundalini Activation transmission, and a closing integration. Mats and blankets provided.  BRING EYEMASK! Water and light lunch, snacks  provided.  it's a 6-hour container.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

Not for breathwork. lPease consult your doctor or midwife before booking. Breathwork and energy work can be intense during pregnancy. We want to make sure this is the right container for where you are. Email us first

Is this a therapy or healing session?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a somatic and energetic immersion — not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. That said, many people experience profound shifts. We recommend consulting your doctor if in doubt.

I've never done KAP before - is this okay for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's nothing to learn or prepare. You lie down, and allow. The only thing asked of you is willingness to surrender. Many people find their first session the most surprising.
