About this event

Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound waves to induce a state of relaxation and harmony in the mind and body. Sound Bath meditations use vibrations from various natural instruments including Tibetan bowls, quartz singing bowls, chimes and stringed instruments. The benefits of sound healing meditation may include reduced stress, improved mood, enhanced creativity, and increased well-being.
