DSNY Clean Buildings Training: NYCHA June Session (In-Person, PM)

The Clean Buildings Training: NYCHA program is a FREE course (4 hours total), designed to help current New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) building maintenance staff run an outstanding waste management program.

Upon completion, program graduates receive a Clean Buildings Training Certificate.

To qualify for the Clean Buildings Training Certificate, participants must:

1. Attend one in-person training sessions (4 hours total).

2. Demonstrate understanding of proper apartment building waste management procedures.

3. (optional) Complete a site visit with DSNY staff at your building.

The June training session will take place during the following dates & times:

  • Thursday, June 20
  • 12 pm – 4 pm
  • 375 Pearl St, 18th Floor New York, NY 10038

The program is open to all who work in the building maintenance field for residential buildings in NYC that are owned or managed by NYCHA. To be accepted into the program you must be a current NYCHA employee, work in the building maintenance field, and in at least one of the 5 boroughs of NYC.
