Fred Benedetti, our special and frequent guests, is one of the most charismatic performers with unseen musicality and technical bravura.
Fred appeared on more than 200 CD's, and performed around the world. As a young man, he had an opportunity to participate in a highly prestigious and selective masterclass of maestro Andrés Segovia where he celebrated quite a success.
The highlights of Fred's rich career was to share a stage with Dave Brubeck and Luciano Pavarotti, performing for many dignitaries, but also enjoying the wonderful San Diego musical scene where Fred keeps appearing with the most successful musical groups as is Camarada, the Benedetti/Svoboda Guitar Duo, The Benedetti Trio, The Odeum Guitar duo, Blurring the Edges, Hot P'stromi (Klezmer), Keltik Kharma, and a successful and popular 'family" band with his talented daughters.
Next to the music, you can also enjoy European sweets, Czech beers, hot glue wine, and a great audience that always sets the best ambiace in our cozy historical hall!
