Classic Burlesque Workshop

This workshop is open to anyone over 18 years of age, all shapes, sizes, gender identities and any level of dance experience.
Learn classic burlesque fundamentals with Pina Ocean, a burlesque performer with over 10 years of experience. Pina is originally from Boorloo/Perth Western Australia, where they have performed in numerous shows around WA, worked backstage, produced and competed in competitions such as Apprentease and Mx Burlesque WA. Pina has performed in Hobart with Miss Kitty's Meow and is excited to bring their sultry, salty, silly style of burlesque to Latrobe.
You will learn some basic burlesque history and some traditional moves as well as some choreography to a classic burlesque style routine. Bring a bottle of water and comfortable shoes or socks to dance in. There is parking available onsite and street parking available.
