Chef Jeremy will teach you about mayonnaise, flavored aioli, and the art of emulsification. Everyone gets to taste these delicious sauces with some housemade fries from our restaurant Field House. At the end of class, you will leave with three of your delicious creations to bring home with you:

-Garlic aioli

-Lemon aioli
