We're closing out Mental Health Awareness Month with a powerful event you won’t want to miss:

💚 100% of donations will go to Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation. Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation supports children, teens, and adults fighting mental illness and addiction.

Is the class really free?

Yes! The class is completely free to attend. We simply ask for a donation of any amount to support Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation.

Do I have to be a Snap Fitness member to attend?

Not at all! This class is open to the public—anyone is welcome to join, no membership required.

What kind of workout is it?

It’s a fun, all-levels group fitness class. Whether you’re new to fitness or a regular, you’ll be able to participate and enjoy! There will be some Flexibility and Mobility followed by some Increased Heart Rate, and end with some mindfulness and breath-work.

How do I donate?

You can bring a cash/check donation the day of the event and we will also have a VENMO option. If you'd like to use a CC, we have that option the day of the event as well. 100% goes to Rogers Behavior Health Foundation.

What should I bring?

Bring water, a towel, and good energy! We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I bring some friends with me?

YES! We'd love that! This class is open to the public—anyone is welcome to join, no membership required.
