Beyond Beginner 'Ukelele

It's fairly easy for some folks to pick up the 'ukulele and get themselves started. However, at some point, everyone needs a bit more guidance, perhaps some accountability, and the fun and support of a community to get them beyond beginner ʻukulele skills. That's exactly what this class is designed to do! Beyond Beginner 'Ukulele is an advanced beginner ukulele class for players with basic skills looking to take it to the next level. This class will use popular and accessible songs to build up our repertoire of chords, keys, strum patterns and basic ear training! Participants will receive a weekly recap email and links to practice videos to support their weekly practice between classes.

Beyond Beginner 'Ukulele is recommended for players who are comfortable with:

• playing songs with the chords C, F, G(7), Am, and maybe more
• a basic strum pattern or two
• taking risks to learn new techniques and material

This class is taught by Avery Hill, long-time 'ukulele instructor and trained instructor who is always excited to get folks started on their musical journeys.
