Class and a Glass

Class and a Glass

As winter softens and spring begins to stir, join us for a nourishing Ayurvedic Yoga practice designed to help you align with the natural rhythms of the season. These gentle, intentional classes invite you to move, breathe, and reset—supporting both body and mind as we transition out of winter and into renewal.

Each session is guided by Justine Miller, who will lead a thoughtfully paced practice rooted in Ayurvedic principles, seasonal wisdom, and mindful movement. After class, stay and enjoy a well-earned glass—because balance includes pleasure, too.
