Michaele Pride is a professor of architecture at the University of New Mexico. As an architect and urban designer, she emphasizes principles of consensus, collaboration and public engagement in her teaching, research and professional consulting.

Pride’s current work focuses on the intersection between design and public health — seeking ways to create healthy, sustainable and equitable communities.

During this presentation she will discuss five ways you can make your neighborhood more equitable, more healthy, and more beautiful.
