Meetup with Code for Madison

Code for Madison will do a special version of its monthly meetup as part of Forward Fest. In this meetup, we'll be combining data from the City of Madison's tabular and geographic open data portal along with geographical and demographic data from the US Census Bureau, and creating a new geo dataset from the results, all using open source tools.
