Circus Farm Classes

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which serves as Baltimore City’s official arts council, events agency and film office. By providing funding and support to artists, arts programs and organizations across the city, and by producing large-scale events such as Light City, Artscape and the Baltimore Book Festival, BOPA’s goal is to make Baltimore a more vibrant and creative city.

Heckel Farm is happy to share with you four free Circus Farm classes as part of Free Fall Baltimore 2017.   These 90 minute classes each start with a half hour of circus warm up, where we will be exercising our skills with hula hoops and juggling lessons.  Then the classes each spend an hour exploring the plant world on Heckel Farm.   
Class themes are as follows:
October 3: Medicine Plant Walk
October 10: Seed Saving
October 17: Composting &amp; Working Your Soil October 24: Permaculture Food Forest
