What is Circular Breathwork? A simple, transformational breathing session, utilizing an optimized, 3-Step, Deep Breathing Technique (Conscious Connected Breathwork) — that brings you the biggest results in the shortest amount of time. Practicing showing up & letting go. This breathwork journey stimulates the physical, mental and emotional pathways, leading you to have a therapeutic emotional release, a systemic rejuvenation in your body (nervous, digestive, immune, cardiovascular, & mind systems), & it illuminates your meditative power. Every session can give you a variety of profound, enriching experiences, & positive shift in your awareness.— This isn’t for everyone, but if you keep an open mind & put in your full effort, you will typically have massive emotional & physical relief, increased energy, and a transformational experience.

Super Charged Mind-Body Exercises: Before Circular Breathing, we will do a variety of invigorating exercises that open, cleanse & calibrate your body, lungs, and mind for a DEEP experience.

Certified Breathwork Facilitator: Jason Dean of Aware4All will guide you. Cerfified in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness, Meditation, Pranayama Yogic Breathwork, & Circular Breathwork.

Music, Premium Digital Soundbath: Quality sound system and a mindfully chosen, energetic to soothing music playlist provided to aliven your experience of the vibrational dance of the breath. Not your typical yoga music! Songs are chosen to provoke and stimulate different emotions, to help you MOVE THOUGH emotional/mental blockages during the breathing.

Format: Introduction, mind-body warm up exercises, intention setting, technique explanation, active circular breathwork (30-45 minutes) to music, rest phase, guided meditation, grounding & closing. -- Optional sharing, social & hangout after as time allows. Please bring your own yoga mat/cusion to lye on.

The complete practice session will take no more than 1.5 hours.

Arrive by 10:30-11:00 AM: Arrive during the grace period between 10:30-11:00 AM. I will not answer any phone calls/texts and you will not be let in after the start time.

To prepare for the session: For the best results & comfort, please bring an eye mask, a pillow, a mat to lie on, a blanket or warm clothing, light loose clothes underneath (body heat levels can vary during breathwork), and water bottle.

Environment & Sound Note: This event has loud music while I speak on a microphone over it, tends to be very activating, and is done in a group where people may make some noises too. Its not the typical meditation session. If you are sensitive to sound or groups, you can do a Private 1 on 1 or Couples Breathwork Session with me, where we have more control over the noise/environment and can apply better Trauma Sensitive Modifications to fit your needs.
