About the Akron Art MuseumThe Akron Art Museum, dedicated to enriching lives through modern and contemporary art, showcases regional, national and international art created since 1850. The museum’s collection is presented in a spectacular facility designed by Viennese architectural firm Coop Himmelb(l)au and includes over 5,000 works of art, with a strong focus on contemporary painting, sculpture and photography. Circa is a quarterly dance party at the Akron Art Museum. Each Circa has a different theme -- such as disco or the 1920s. Dress up, enjoy the galleries after dark, art experiences, and more.

Dust off your pearls, grab your fedora, and get ready to party like it’s 1925! Whether you fancy yourself a fearless flapper, love a chance to dress to the nines, or just enjoy some jazzy “giggle juice,” Circa Deco is your perfect Valentine’s destination. 🎺 What’s in Store: ✨ Dance the night away to live music by the sensational Dave Banks Big Band. ✨ Learn to strut your stuff with Jazz Age dance lessons featuring moves like The Charleston. ✨ Solve a scavenger hunt to gain access to a secret speakeasy. ✨ Get hands-on with our special screen print to create a keepsake.✨ Create your own flapper headdress or boutonniere. So, grab your Valentine, Galentine, Palentine, or the person in your life who dances the best, and step into a night of glitz, glamour, and jazz-age fun! $15 for members, $25 for nonmembers, and $75 for VIP. VIP tickets include an open bar, swag, VIP lounge, and free parking.
