Class Description

Join us for a cozy, hands‑on Cinnamon Roll Workshop at Café Honeycomb. In this 90‑minute class, you’ll learn how to create soft, bakery‑style cinnamon rolls from start to finish.

Your instructor will begin with a live dough demonstration, showing you exactly how to mix, knead, and proof cinnamon roll dough at home. Then, you’ll receive your own perfectly prepared dough ball to roll out, fill, and shape.

You’ll create 3–4 cinnamon rolls and place them into a take‑and‑bake aluminum pan to finish at home. While you work, we’ll walk through glaze techniques, answer questions, and share tips for making cinnamon rolls that turn out beautifully every time.

To complete the experience, each student will also receive one pre‑made, freshly baked cinnamon roll from class to glaze and enjoy on the spot.

Each student will leave with:

• One freshly baked cinnamon roll from class
• One take‑and‑bake aluminum pan with 3–4 unbaked rolls
• A printed recipe card
• Confidence to recreate them in your own kitchen

This workshop is beginner‑friendly, fun, and perfect for fall baking season.

Prepayment in full is required and no refunds, but student substitution is fine. Bread workshop class sizes are limited and fill quickly, so please register early.
