About Cinema for the Culture (CFC): Film Screenings + Masterclass series
The "Journey of the Marimba" screening marks the second installment of the "Cinema for the Culture (CFC): Film Screenings + Masterclass" series, a signature event of the African Film & Arts Foundation Inc. (AFAF).
AFAF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) media arts organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to magnify and celebrate the visions, voices, lives and stories of people from Africa and the African Diaspora through the lens of film & the arts.

- A special screening of "The Journey of the Marimba," winner of Best Documentary at the 2023 African Film Festival Atlanta, in celebration of Black Music Month!
