Mela will be onsite handing out free samples of Mela & giveaways! Supplies limited to first 100 guests

Mexican Wine Tasting

Wine reps from Valle de Guadalupe will be onsite sampling bottles from the following vineyards: Zanzonico Wines, SierraVita, Cava Maciel, Casa Ariza , Concierto Enológico, Corona del Valle

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Taco Eating Contest

Do you like tacos? Do you like Mexico? The person who eats the most tacos in 5 minutes has a chance to win a trip to the Mexican wine region Valle de Guadalupe.

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Social Media Challenge

Can't make it? You can still be entered to win a chance at the trip to Mexico- follow @chicastacos, tag 10 friends & like our Cinco de Mayo post! Extra credit if you post you at Chicas Tacos :)

  • Mela Watermelon Water onsite + sampling
  • Abbots: two A+ goody boxes for contests/giveaways. These boxes will include a branded Yeti mug, Hedley & Bennett Kitchen towel, an olive wood spoon, and Abbots VIP vouchers.

We have partnered with Valle De Guadalupe to create a curated trip for a winner of one of the following contests:

  • Social media challenge: follow, tag 10 friends & like our Cinco de Mayo post
  • Onsite Entry: Buy a Mexican pizza to enter ($15 value)
  • Piñata smashing: win an entry for the trip to Mexico, gift cards and other prizes!
  • Taco eating contest winner is entered (minimum 5 participants to be considered)
